On the visual be able to create a new line based on a measure ( like average, sum, or others) .
Directly on the visual and avoid to
- return to Field view,
- add a measure in DAX,
- add this new measure as a new line in the visual.

Some visuals have it, just click in analytics (the magnifying glass in visualizations), for example the clustered chars.
