Yes this is a pain that there are no easy ways to get this data into a BI model

Currently going all around the world just to get live data from the system, It would be a huge benefit to be able to bring historical data in to make the stats worthwhile.

Does anyone have a solution to get this working by having it generate a daily report (which would be for historic data only, not real time)

This would be fantastic as would the ability to use streaming datasets from Cisco for real time call centre wallboarding!!!

It is very Crucial element for Call Centre and Service Centre and BPO providers.

Hey Joel, I'm looking for the same thing. I'm pretty sure that would be the responsibility of Cisco though, or another partner to do so, not Microsoft.
Cisco does expose UCCX through Web Services, but I think it will take a bit of data modeling and possibly some ETL to pull it out and then represent/visualize through Power BI. But I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks this will be valuable. :) Best of luck, and if you find something similar please let me know too!
