Format visualization "Title" with report themes

The "visualStyles" that can be applied in report themes, since the 2017-Sep release, are great! But from what I can tell, we can't use them to control the formatting options in the "Title" card, for all visualizations.

Even with something like...
"visualStyles": {"*": {"*": {"*": [{"fontFamily":"Arial", "fontSize": 10, "color": {"solid": {"color": "#000000"}}}]}}}
...the visualization/chart titles are not affected!

Please let us control the formatting of titles, with report themes.

Does anyone know if this has been resolved? Don't understand the purpose of a theme if you cannot set properties of this as well... it defeats the whole purpose and we still have to do it all manually?

I know that this is a preview feature... but it's pretty silly that this isn't yet a thing that can be done, especially nine months after initial release.

Or at least a JSON generator that creates a standard font/ color/ background across all visualizations.

Is it available yet? I am busy with creating more and more reports, but getting some feedback about changes in the title format. Now doing it hand by hand and something forgetting one. Is it already possible to do it by just a json file?
