In Reporting Services, when you design a report, the parameter section has limited functionality. User can only change sequence of parameters. Besides that, user has no control over the parameters like background colors, size of fields, combining and showing multiple fields in the dropdowns etc

The current parameter control is woefully inadequate especially for hierarchies. Redesign it to be more in line with Excel's pivot table or PerformancePoint's control. Should include tri-state tree, search, and the ability to disable select by node or level. The "(select all)" "feature" should be disableable.
