Guarantee scheduled refresh data processing is initiated from the Power BI Tenant Azure Region

According to this whitepaper:

"Note: Although Power BI tenants remain in the datacenter in which they were created, it currently is not possible to guarantee that data processing initiated in one region will stay in that region."

For developers of public content packs or for enterprises who have Azure services or VMs, it can be a significant cost savings and performance boost for the scheduled data refresh to be initiated from within a consistent region. Please guarantee this going forward. Or please let content pack developers or end users set a configuration on specific data sets requesting this.
