Allow resizing of tiles on dashboard without cropping the visual

When a table is pinned to a dashboard, reducing the size crops the visual and part of the detail is lost. Also, the text and columns on the image is much bigger on the dashboard than it actually is on the report so we need to make the whole tile bigger so that the information is not lost. This is really not visually appealing at all.
