Automating Formatting of DAX formulas

The website DAXFORMATTER.COM is giving a very good layout of DAX formulas. It would be great if this feature could be built into the query editor of PowerBI rather than me coping and pasting every formula between the 2 systems

Agreed. Auto-formatting is already included in the PowerApps editor. I believe it would help so much bringing it to PBI.

Yup, that would be the day when PBI can really be more helpful to us who are just starting. As it is, DAX is very challenging mentally, so a little help in terms of formatting would certainly go a long way to understanding DAX better. Many start-up users make the mistakes mostly on the opening of the parenthetical statement "(" and closing ")" and manually doing ocular inspection wher they have missed out normally either an opening or closing parenthetical statements (not to mention the "," commas also).
