    Provide a proper API to both the PowerPivot model and Power Query Workbook Queries

    There are scenarios where it would be beneficial to provide a unique UI to users for accessing specific external data, but as it is today there is no proper, fully featured, and understandable API to either the PowerPivot model, or the Power Query Workbook Queries.

    Currently, you can can kind of do extremely simple interactions like so:

    But it is very obscure and lacks full control.
