secondary axis on clustered column chart

A secondary axis on clustered column chart. I know you can use combo charts but sometimes that's no good. If I have values in the tens vs values in the thousands and they're not rates, I need to see to columns next to each other but on different scales.

It's crazy that you can't add secondary y-axis for clustered column charts. It's the simplest thing in the world. Can be done in Excel for 15 years now....

On the clustered column chart – no option to have a second axis for values, no options to format the colour of the Axis grid lines. Is this meant to be a full self service BI tool?
