NewLine charts and KPIs should have the ability to represent errors (error bars, or +/- error %).

Any data that is not counts or money is associated with an error or uncertainty; when visualized using lines or KPIs this should be shown either as absolute or relative error value or error bar. Conditional coloring (for KPIs) should also take this into account - i.e. don't go red when we failed the target but our error is so high that we can't really be certain.

An idea for integration would be to use the conditonal formatting pop-up that already exists within tables as a template for error bars as well.
The inability to show uncertainty within the standard visuals is very limiting, but I can see how it would alienate others as well. Hiding them in its own menu would be a good compromise.

This should be merged with this idea https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/13328631-error-bars

I really need confidence intervals on our visualizations. If we think we have 55% share plus or minus 5% that error range is critical to be part of the visualization.
