    We are trying to develop a analytical product utilising PowerBI. However it is going to become cumbersome to roll out updates if we can't moves pages between files.

    It also puts a practical limit on a team of people working on a report if you can't consolidate the team's work into a single Report file.

    I agree 100%. I initially had everything in one large report and broke them into smaller reports. Recently I had to add a page to each of those reports, and the work had to be repeated for each report.
