    Yes, the ability to do table based extract on PDF files just as you do with Web pages would be invaluable. So many documents are produced as PDF files with dataset embedded in them. SAP seems to use PDF outputted paginated reports as its default output.

    Yes we need a feature for out of the box PDF parsing and as a data source. As part of self service data preparation PDF is becoming more and more of a sought after data source.
