when you publish a report it is tied to your account. Imagine what will happen to all the reports hosted by your account if you leave the company. There must be someway to publish a report that will not be tied and hosted by a single license user account and instead to the whole organization so when the user resigns or leave the company, the reports remain and it can just be assigned to a different author/administrator.

A solution will be to allow an administrator to reasign all power bi reports to an other account

I agree, I m surprised there is no article that talks about this. Its not just leaving the company. In my team we have multiple power BI developers that work on shared dashboards. We have common users and a developer should be able to share to a PBIX file to them at any point. The dashboard should not be linked or locked to original user that shared or published it.

This will also expand the 10 GB limit of dataset size to 10 GB x the number of Pro license users of the organization
