    Dataset usage metrics for content creators

    Improve the usage metrics feature for content creators by exposing information about datasets - e.g. how many reports/dashboards are built on it, performance statistics, refresh reliability, etc.

    This is a needed option to track ,who use our data set to create report and how often they open the report.

    Also include this granularity for Premium Capacity Nodes. As a Capacity Admin I would like to see what Datasets are consuming the most resources in the Node.
