All of the current Ideas that mention SAP BusinessObjects BI Universe integration are marked as completed as this feature was offered pre June/July release. This is nearly a critical requirement for adoption in my organization.

I had previously heard that this was removed due to licencing restrictions, can we get an official response on that? Is there any possibility of this being re-integrated?

A must have feature for most of the clients I have talked to and who have invested heavily on SAP.

That would be a turning point to boost the adoption of Power BI on corporations using SAP.

To be able to leverage the work already done in the BO Universes would be a great plus point to using Power BI more effectively. We definitely need to get the standard connector to enable this.

We are waiting for this functionality for more than a year. It should be avalible, otherwise we are kind of forced to use SAP reporting tools (like WebI).
