Please add Collapse/Expand buttons in the Matrix Visualizations. Otherwise when all fields are expanded by default the user would have to scroll a lot to find what they are looking for. I could add a slicer to take user to the data they are looking for but then the rest of the data in the matrix disappears and more specifically the overall totals change!Expand/Collapse buttons would keep the overall totals as intended and totals for other fields while allowing the user to only expand the field they are interested in. Also ability to do conditional formatting for a specific field in the matrix would be nice. Thanks!

With our November update of Power BI Desktop, you can now expand/collapse matrix row headers. As some of the work involved for column headers is different than row headers, we want to understand how many users specifically need/want column header support as well. Disappointing that this is not available for MD. Tableau seems to handle this functionality very well with MD so you would expect PowerBI, another Microsoft product, to provide the same functionality.

Same here... we discussed a case on Monday. Weeks in the columns and the possibility to +(show) the single days of only the last week.
Expected this would be possible...

My excitement got crush today that this feature is not supported for multidimensional models. This a long awaited feature, especially for Excel fans. Now my customers are totally disapointed with the limitation.
When can we expect this functionality for MD?

And when is this going to be released!?!? And more importantly, when is MS going to include totals in Matrix exports to Excel??? It is ridiculous that this is not possible - its all MS apps!!! This is a deal breaker at the financial firm I work in.
