Color Theme based on type/version of data used
To get a more consistent experience it would be great to assign colors or line types to specifc types/versions of data (e.g. actual data, budgeted data, forecasted data etc.) whenever it is used in a Report or Dashboard.

Enable Subscriptions for Free Users in Premium
For content in a premium capacity, free users should be able to subscribe to reports. This is a huge disadvatge for enterprises making use of the premium license! While other things are on the roadmap such as admins being able to manage subscriptions for others, this feauture is still missing!
Let admins delete comments in APP
With commenting a great new feature was released. But when the dashboard is sitting in an APP, only the author is able to delete the comment again. The admin has no way of deleting anything (only in the workspace!). This is needed as otherwise, the thread of discussions in APPs will gron indef...
Power BI Home: Show Dashboards from APPS
Power BI Home shows the frequent tiles of favorited Dashboards. But only from Workspaces! In a large company 90 of users are consuming content from APPS, we need to have the Dashboards from APPS in there as well!

the selection in Power BI Home is based on usage, but sometimes user behaviour shows that a dashboards is being looked at and then you jump into a different report. Let users decide what is important to them and let them be able to pin it to Home, (from APPs and from Workspaces!)

Let admins change existing dataflows
Currently, only the owner can change an existing dataflow, no other user has access to it. What if that person leaves the company or is on vacation? This should be opened up for admins or members, preferably even with a read / write permission settings for a dataflow.
