RANKX new tie-breaking argument (SKIP, DENSE exist now...) RANDBREAK


I'd like a way for RANKX to arbitrarily/randomly break runs of tied data. An example set of 5 categories could see a ranking such as the following Blue - 1, Yellow - 2, Red - 3, Green - 3, Pink - 5 using the SKIP argument. I'd like, in this example, for either Red or Green to see a 4 as its rank....

KPI's pinned to a dashboard to hold conditional formatting


KPI's don't retain conditional formatting when I pin an individual KPI visual to a dashboard. My use-case formatting to have a red/yellow/green indicator for the KPI, which is achieved on a report page and lost at the dashboard level.

Custom text in a hyperlink


Much like how Excel/VBA operate, it would be neat to have a Hyperlink function which takes two arguments (,). I prefer the link icon to the long text of a hyperlink, but (I'm sure this is a long-term enhancement) it would be cool to format what's on display on the hyperlink
