Dynamics CRM picklist

Hi, we cannot retrieve the labels and codes from any CRM picklist. Then instaed of adding a lot of "replace" rule in the data query, I built a excel file with several tables to make the "transcodification". Basically, I import the Excel file in the powerBi designer and i built some relationships between the tables coming from the CRM and the tables from my Excel file.
but now, I see that I need to use the Personal Gateway to Schedule a refresh because of this Excel file ...

Could we not link 2 datasets ? I would then be able to import my excel file manually when required and plan my scheduled refresh against the CRM online much more easily.
