When clicking on certain elements of a visual, I can control the interaction this selection has on other visuals within the report, but I was wondering if there is the ability to completely disable the clickability of a visual? I don't want the end users to be able to click on the visual at all, so neither the selected visual or other visuals would be highlighted? Tooltips should still be viewable on hover.
This feature should be available for use in both service and desktop.
More information on the unsuccessful attempts people have made trying to achieve this with graphs/charts can be found here:

RE: Disable visual highlighting and interactions
We need a disable all interactions feature asap, doing this manually where you have 10s of visuals is a nightmare!
RE: Disable visual highlighting and interactions
I am not sure why this option is not there, i have wasted 3+ hours today for interactions with the page with 50+ visuals. This could have done in 15 minutes with this option.

Yes, this is still needed!

A simple Control + Click which sets the same Filter/Highlight/None interaction between the selected visualization and all other eligible visuals on the page would be an immense time/frustration saver.
As the original poster laments, navigating these selections within a compact design is problematic.

Same issue
RE: Disable visual highlighting and interactions
There is a setting I have just found under options > CURRENT FILE >> Query Reduction, the tick disabling cross highlighting/filtering by default. Might help here.
RE: Disable visual highlighting and interactions
Yes we need disable all option at Dashboard level.
