Currently we create reports in Power BI Desktop and create the dashboard after we publih the reports.
Providing the user to create the dashboard in Power BI Desktop will help a lot.
Following are the advantages:
1. Since Desktop Version is a rich client, creating Dashboard will be faster.
2. We can publish Dashboard, Report and Data together. Hence we can do all the work in one place.
