Make Bookmarks available on VisualUpdateOptions and VisualConstructorOptions interfaces in custom visuals so that developers can extend custom visual functionality.

This would include:
+ Ability to trigger a jump to a bookmark from a custom visual
+ List existing bookmarks (so that they can be displayed)
+ Filter bookmarks displayed in the bookmarks window
+ Create, remove, update and delete bookmarks
+ Store custom visual settings against a bookmark so that the custom visual responds to bookmark selections. [or allow custom visuals to be responsive to bookmark selections].

RE: bookmarks

We have folders with multiple bookmarks and with a custom visual I can see that we could build a drop down menu visual that would turn a report into a mini analysis application
