It would be really good if you could set a the Power BI scheduled refresh logs to go to Azure Blob storage which the user could access.
At the moment I get email 'alerts' to say a PowerBI dataset refresh failed. The email has been improved over time, like it now links to the correct dataset, but this is still the wrong method for 'alerts'ing. For example, today, I got an email saying it failed at 7am, but at 8am it worked ok. So I have no idea why it failed and I have no logs to investigate.
