Currently one cannot pin tiles from a shared dashboard to ones own created dashboard i.e. you can not consolidate 5 dashboards into 1 high-level dashboard. The ability to pin tiles from shared dashboards would be perfect for the business environment!

Allowing users to re-pin tiles from a shared dashboard would be a valuable feature. Even if the dashboard weren't shared but the underlying reports were, a user needs to be able to pin visuals from a shared report into a dashboard on their own workspace. For example, if I had 10 reports that were shared with me as read only, I may only care about a single visualization or page from each report. Those pages/visuals may not be as important to others in my organization, so creating a dashboard in an app would not be as effective as my being able to create my own personal dashboard, and then pin the visuals that matter to me from reports that have been shared with me.

I and teammates spent half an hour testing and researching this. The PowerBI's power is in sharing and linking things together, not working in silos with siloed Dashboards.
