Expand Relative date filtering options with 'not in' function

Relative Date filtering is now available for all options regarding 'in'. In current Year, last Year, Month etc.

But wouldn't it be handy to also include 'not in' functions to the Relative date filtering.

Example: I'm Currently building a report for stock with long shelf life.
Currently I have it set up with a relative date filter for all stock which has been delivered in the last 5 Years, and then filter out all deliveries with dates between 2017 and 2019.

With Relative date 'not in' filtering it would be more dynamic as it could exclude dates within the last 2 years.
