The Workbooks section in each (App) workspace has an easy way for end users to publish their Excel sheets to (directly from Excel). It would be really nice if we could use the uploaded sheets as a source for our data flows as this makes it really easy for business users to upload their data and work with it. They can avoid the hassle of installing a gateway.

Why is this option interesting if you have 'publish from excel' as described here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-publish-from-excel?redirectSourcePath=%252farticle%252f7342b49c-6567-4155-a7ac-acdc14d9ad0f
This requires Office365 and Excel 2016. That's not something all organizations have.
