It would be interesting to have a 'reset to original selection' option.
Let me explain with an example:
A report I shared as a page level filter 'type'. By default, the 'type' filter has all elements selected except for the 'Other' element.
The end user can play around with the selection of the page level filter on the report.
As we speak it is not possible to restore the orginal filter selection (all selected but 'Others') without leaving the report.
