    Our users need 'alerts's based on text data, not just numerical. Although we could insert some numerical code to represent various text strings, and 'alerts' on that code, our common users won't understand that kind of complexity.

    This is exactly what I was hoping for. I can set a column to reveal text or number if another column's date reaches a range. I can only use an 'alerts' if it is a number. I would much rather it be text than a number. This would help the recipient of the Microsoft Flow email understand the context of the email more.
