Scatter Chart: Data Colors not only by Legend, but By Details and by Bubble Border

Right now, Data Colors allows to color only the Bubble by Legend. I am looking for more options:

(1) By Details (2) Bubble vs Border

If my Peers are in the “Legend” and I need to compare Current Year (CY) vs Last Year (LY), I would put the CY-LY data in “Details”. But now CY and LY will have the same color by Peer. I see 2 options: (a) Manage the transparency of between CY and LY, so LY has a higher transparency indicating an old scenario (b) Manage different color destination by Peer: I would paint CY bubble of yellow and the LY bubble Fill would be Blank and have only the Border yellow.
