This seems like a simple enhancement that should be coming soon but currently we're unable to modify the data color in a gauge visualization.

This is irritating as seemingly every other visualization can be modified to fit a desired color scheme but with gauges it's stuck with the default green.

RE: Ability to modify the colors in the Gauge

Our user bases and key stakeholders use the color of progress gauges as their primary indicator of success or need for improvement. If I have to manually change the color of these gauges every time the data updates, we cannot provide our users with accurate daily reporting.

I would appreciate it if this capability was added as soon as possible, or at least if a time estimate for when this functionality will be added to Power BI.

I see this marked as "Completed" yet I still do not see the capability in the most current version of Power BI. I don't think this is completed yet. Is this still being considered to be added? This is a huge need with my customers who use Power BI.

RE: Ability to modify the colors in the Gauge

Agreed. Many customers have asked for this and are wondering why PowerBI doesn't offer it while Tableau does have this feature - Red, Orange, Yellow and Green fluctuating and/or static parameters.

RE: Ability to modify the colors in the Gauge

agreed on this, on top of this it would be great to have also the background color changing automatically too ( eg red, yellow, green) so this will catch immediately the attention in the dashboard

RE: Ability to modify the colors in the Gauge

Please add color formatting to the Gauge visual. For the moment we can't change the color at all. Someting with 3 colors (ex. from green to red) depending on the target min and max.

RE: Ability to modify the colors in the Gauge

"Red Yellow Green" colors really needed here.

Also "Less is better" option

RE: Ability to modify the colors in the Gauge

Manually selecting a color for the gauge would be a great start. It would be even more useful if you could make the gauge change colors based on whether or not the target has been reached.

RE: Ability to modify the colors in the Gauge

Agreed. As an example, I'd like to be able to set Traffic Light Colours to represent values of 1, 2 or 3.
