    The all-or-nothing 'edit' mode for workspace members is a bit high-handed. Microsoft should allow workspace members to publish and edit their own datasets/reports, but not datasets/reports owned by others. This would help us control how many workspaces we have to administer and also prevent non-admins from inadvertently modifying objects that other people have created.
