Disable table refresh when a slicer option is being selected where there is no relationship mapped between the 2

Currently table visual refreshes each time a slicer (single select- radio button) selection is being made. Even though there is no relationship setup/mapped between the visuals (Slicer & table visual).

This refresh causes confusion to users 'Visually' especially I have more data. (we stressed test the report with 6K rows on purpose)
The table would go empty and re-render.. this no data gap is pretty obvious when it's about 2-3 seconds with re-load the table visual.
