    The new Shape map in update June:

    The Province names The Netherlands need a small change. The Province Fryslan should be Friesland instead.

    Frysland is the name in native tongue of the province whilst Friesland is the general used Dutch name.

    the current name in PowerBI is "Fryslân" with a special character "â",
    which can cause problems with SQL languages not being able to read special characters properly.

    Yes this is causing problems, they should rename it to Friesland.
