I haven't seen any possibility to extract report information like the name of the page/tab. If it's was possible to get the page/tab name as a parameter in a DAX formula, you can combine text strings like:
"You are now looking at the XXXXX report filtered on YYYYY", where XXXXX is the name of the page/tab, and YYYYY might be a data value filtered out by the DrillThrough filter
Like creating a page header:
"Detailed artist data for Elvis Presley"
