Now that themes are out of preview and the Product Team has included themes in the Desktop tool the next thing to add to this is to have a section for organization approved themes. Since many companies have branding guidelines this would be an easy way for admins to load these themes and allow end users to pick from them to create consistency.

agree, but this idea needs desperately an addition of the following:
if an "organziation approved theme" is updated, automatically update all reports using this theme accordingly

I've arranged our Report Server to have main folders for different organizations we support. They all have different branding but since Power BI Report Server only has 1 brand setting, none of our organizations can has their specific logo or colours.

Hi RCC, that is a very tedious method. It also makes managing updates to the JSON difficult. We are a large organization and need an easy way to distribute theming.

You can create custom JSON's and distribute them with the licenses for the Pro users though.
