Currently when a value is much smaller than the other values in the bar chart, the smaller value will not able to display in the data label. It is important to show all values in the chart to have consistency.

Basic functionality that Power Bi should have! I hate to say this but if Excels bar charts can do this why cant Power Bi?

And also the data label should be displayed above the bar chart for example the sum of all stacked bar should be shown in the top of each bar.
