To be able to decide if an object can capture the focus of the mouse or not.

It would be convenient that objects can decide if they can capture the focus or not. Some aesthetic objects, such as images, text boxes or shapes, should be able to never catch the focus when they are clicked by the mouse. When for aesthetic reasons one of these objects remains on some controls of another object, clicking the mouse on the object disables the controls of the one below and sometimes it is not known why, and it is not a matter of adjusting the Z-index, because when the object captures the focus of the mouse, even if it is behind, it is always placed in the foreground and prevents pressing the one below.
