We often have additional statistical information on our data points, like min/max, standard deviation (error), percentiles, etc.
It would be nice to be able to render at least error bars showing the confidence interval for our data points.
Standard deviation could be provided on a separate column which we could drag into the visual.
It would be nice to have this basic feature in the base product without having to install custom visuals. (I could not find a custom visual for this either.)

RE: Error bars
xviz does not support dynamic error bars, only static values. if someone wants to represent as error bars for example the real standard deviation of the data represented in a line chart it does not work with xviz. This feature is a must to implement.
RE: Error bars
https://xviz.com/visuals/multi-axes-chart/ does support error bars
Try it free from appsource

RE: Error bars
Another vote for this much-needed feature.
RE: Error bars
Really need capability to include error bars in bar, column, etc. charts since we are using this for research and development data.
RE: Error bars
Yes please please please.
RE: Error bars
This is a necessity for anyone using power bi to display scientific research data. please add!
RE: Error bars
I got quite excited by the release of xViz mulitple access chart custom viz as this has error bars. However, you can only add fixed values, % or SD. This may meet some people's needs, but what we need is to be able to pick a field as you can in excel.
RE: Error bars
It would increase users significantly from our company, if we could plot standard deviation in the bar chart.
RE: Error bars
Error Bars are required at our organisation as this information is a useful visual to show min and max value of the mean score.
RE: Error bars
This would be very much welcomed, particularly on lines. We've been making a very ugly work-around with combo charts, but this would really help improve our intelligence service and let us further kick our Excel habit.
