Add functionality to 'clear all' like excel for filters

I see few post stating that this functionality is being done already by giving 'Reset to default' but this is not what I am talking about.

We've few reports which are having several default filters for the report but sometime we want to even clear the default filters.
We published the report with default filters and now even after using "Reset to default" , it will only set the default filters instead of removing all filters.

It would be good if we can have clear all similar to excel pivot to clear all selected filters.
