Scenario: matrix with more than one value on Rows
Actual behavior: Expanding rows levels, the name of the first column is the name of the first dimension placed in Rows.
Desired behavior: Expanding rows level, the name of the first column chance concatenating the name of visible dimensions.
The same behavior will be grate on columns too!
