    Create a connector for ServiceNow in the Power BI Desktop "Get Data" list.

    This is extremely important to be able to track time against SLAs and aging tickets.

    It would be good to have connectors to Incident, Problem and Change modules to get live data from ServiceNow.

    Great idea. More documentation and more around achieved/ breached SLA. Ability to access other tables. Better filtering capabilities.

    Agree - content pack does not solve much. PowerBI desktop connector the only way.

    Yes, The Content Pack is not very good. Would have thought this would be easy as ServiceNow has the ?CSV url function to download your data.
