why this is not being addressed as more request and expectations to full the servicenow reporting requirement

With the enhancement in the ITBM suite, I wish there was a connector for ITBM and specifically the PPM module similar to MS Project Online connector.

ServiceNOW Incidents content pack is very helpful, BUT need a connector for the other types of data in ServiceNOW, i.e. CMDB; Changes; Requests; etc.; etc.

The content pack need some upgrades:
SSO Support
Ability to pull other key objects in Service now like incident_metrics, task , task_Sla, CMBD_CI etc.
