Incidents dashboard is very helpful. We need to report on other key objects in Service now like incident_metrics, task, task_Sla and Service Requests. Kindly add this feature at the earliest please.

Please for the love of all thats holy, give us something better than that content pack and a ODBC connector that works 50% of the time.
