If value is over or under a set value in guage or bar chart then can be specified. Would be useful if this was also able to be done based on being over or under another data set, such as changing colour of bar if it exceeds, or is under, the line type data set - this is often necessary as we use the line on a bar and line graph as a dynamic target, as opposed to the fixed target value that can be set.
