Many R packages combine R with JavaScript and output html for a richer, more interactive experience. Add support for interactive R visuals from packages such as htmlwidgets to Power BI. PBI currently requires a static image as output for the R visual.

It would be really very interesting that PowerBI comes out with this feature. For Shiny users, the R visuals still not atractive and it is a huge blockin point to not consider Power BI as the ultimate data Viz tool.

All these JavaScript wrapping packages could be supported by allowing html-output of the relevant device (corresponding to the Viewer-pane in RStudio)

This could also improve the visualization and migration of current analytics made in libraries like rbokeh or leaflet. Directly from RStudio to PowerBI.
