There's been a surge in requests for tax-related software analytics in the last week! I wonder why! :) Thanks for the suggestion though - who else out there is using QuickBooks desktop? Vote if you'd like to see this prioritized!

RE: Quickbooks Desktop Version
We are a Non-profit and would like to see Quickbooks Enterprise connected to Power BI
RE: Quickbooks Desktop Version
We already have a subscription to Power BI, can't see myself spending $450 on additional software just to get the data from QuickBooks Desktop.
I'd love to have a Power BI connector to QuickBooks data so that Power BI could be the data warehouse rather than third party.
RE: Quickbooks Desktop Version
QQube really makes Power BI able to analyze financial data beyond what would be reasonable to get out a direct connection to QuickBooks.
With QQube, the feature is essentially delivered and done, as opposed to simply getting the most basic building blocks, probably limiting yourself to QuickBooks Enterprise with the ODBC connection and what that gives you (which is not everything, not even close).
I doubt that any Power BI native connecter would ever find it worth it to give the richness of analytics that QQube provides in this area.
RE: Quickbooks Desktop Version
Agree with the most recent comments... With QQube by Clearify, reports out of QuickBooks data that would take hours or days before, now take minutes to create. It is our go-to solution for any business needing any QuickBooks analytics.
RE: Quickbooks Desktop Version
There is already a QuickBooks Desktop data warehouse called QQube, which has been around for 8 years, and currently integrates out-of-the box with Power BI, using 60 pre-built examples, and several hundred pre-built analytics, and dozens of pre-built DAX formulas.
Intuit does not provide direct access to the database, but rather uses an XML based SDK (since 2001) to extract data.
RE: Quickbooks Desktop Version
While an out of the box connector to QuickBooks would be awesome, QQube handles this easily. And is set up to take advantage of the more complex reports a company may need... It has the data model and structure needed to get the most out QuickBooks. Even multiple company files. My goto tool for Financial analytics from QuickBooks.

re: QQUBE I am certified on the product so do let me know if you need help getting QQube or getting it working.
