UTCNOW () does not take into account day light savings time. And I was told from support that UTCNOW () is calculated from your 'local time'. But since my location time is currently in day light saving time the time that UTCNOW () is incorrect. It is an hour off. And local time changes to UTC when reports are published to the service. So it is important to have a constant time so that we can do date calculations that will be correct and stay consistently when published to the service.
