With the desktop version and the Power BI version charts are drillable – up and down. That same functionality should be available for interactive use on mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones.

By request, To clarify what I would like to see:
I have multiple reports with a hierarchial dimension.
Conceptually the user wants to get an overview and then navigate down the hierarchy for actionable data points. Eg. National overview, then manager's team, then people within manager's team, subgroups within best performer => mentoring to reward person mentioning specific achievements.
The business objectives are operational: what are my people management priorities for today? Who do I need to reward? Who is not performing and I should path-correct asap? Where is my team behind schedule?
That's the storyboard I've been approached with.
I could achieve this on a large display with multiple bar charts of the same data set, descending through the y axis hierarchy chart by chart and progressively refining the data sets with the cross-filter feature. But it is clunky. Drill down is perceived as nicer by the user.
Our people managers are mobile and preference would be for an optimised workflow or ipads or phones.
The original drilldown feature on the preview ported to mobile devices would have been ideal. I liked the intuitive direct manipulation of the visualisations.
Perhaps the end game for this is a progression from the multiple bar charts to a more diverse array of chart types, for a rich, flat presentation of the data. Would appreciate the option of drilldown on mobile though.

Charts and Matrix don't support this in general. Need this feature to be in parity with Excel PowerView objects
