This is for the "Edit Queries" view. Basically it should work identical as the "Manual Calculation" in Excel. Turn off the automatic calculation so you can create a few steps without PowerBI refreshing everything (which takes some time with large files). Once you're, you can click on "calculate" and Power BI will now refresh.
