Make the incremental refresh feature (like the one in desktop) available in PowerBI service

If microsoft can make the incremental refresh feature (like the one in desktop) available in the service, that is much easier for the users because if I just set it up in the service for the report I have created 4 years ago with a few hundred million records, I don’t need to download each report to desktop and make the changes and publish them again. Do you have any alternative solution for the download and publish with dealing with the huge amount of data at this moment while waiting for Microsoft having this done?
